Summary
PLS Energy Advisors Group has been retained by GMT Exploration to assist in marketing their Green River Basin Property. This sale includes 10,295-gross acres (8,787-net) in Sweetwater County, WY. There are 23-vertical wells across 3-fields (Deadman Wash, Point of Rocks & South Black Rock) found on the property. These wells, primarily producing from the 2nd Frontier reservoir (5,000’-8,000’), are producing 957 MCFD net (1,309 MCFD gross). Currently, the assets are generating a net cash flow of ~$30,000 per month.

Frontier Sand
Both the Fluvial and Marine sand intervals are productive in the Frontier reservoir providing behind pipe opportunities. GMT’s wells are producing from the fluvial, where marine is present but not contributing.

Infrastructure-In-Place
GMT owns a primary gathering system and leases a gas drive compressor. Gas is delivered through a company operated tap in to a CIG Interstate Pipeline. GMT also has a favorable contract with the Bridger Coal mine providing gas at premium $2.50/Mmbtu to CIG postings.

Immediate Development Opportunity
Development is supported by proven vertical 1st and 2nd Frontier well control and well log shows. There are 7-proved undeveloped locations (4-new drill & 3-recompletions) on the property with a net reserves of ~4.1 Bcf. Net total PV9 for the PUDs is $655,943. An additional 16+ 80-acre spacing infill locations have been approved.
