Last week the WTI front-month contract dropped 6.2%, or $3.73/bbl, to settle at $56.46/bbl on Friday, Nov. 16. A losing streak of 12 consecutive days finally snapped Wednesday, but not before the contract plummeted more than $4 in a single day Tuesday.
