Phillips 66 Partners will pick up a stake in the Dakota Access pipeline as part of
a $2.4 billion dropdown that was also the largest midstream M&A transaction of Q3.
The transaction, which also includes some Texas Gulf Coast refining units,wrapped up
a quarter where no region was dominant in midstream deal-making .
The quarter’s biggest deals included deals such as private equity
giant BlackStone paying Energy Transfer partners $1.57 billion
for a one-third stake in the Marcellus-to-Ontario Rover gas......
