Another environmental group stepped up to try to get an anti-drilling measure on Colorado’s 2020 ballot. Safe & Healthy Colorado will need to collect roughly 125,000 signatures by Aug. 3 to place on the November ballot an initiative requiring 2,500 ft between new wells and public spaces. The current rule is 500 ft for homes and 1,000 ft for high-occupancy buildings. Colorado Rising led the effort that got a similar measure on the 2018......
