The Independent Petroleum Association of America joined other industry voices supporting the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement’s revision of the proposed revisions to the Blowout Preventer Systems and Well Control Rule. The revision eases some of the additional restrictions after the Deepwater Horizon disaster in the Gulf of Mexico.
