Hong Kong-listed EPI Holdings acquired an undisclosed percentage of Australia-listed NuEnergy’s Indonesia-focused subsidiary Dart Energy, giving EPI a stake in Dart’s Indonesian portfolio with assets in Sumatra and East Kalimantan. Dart holds six onshore PSCs across South Sumatra, Central Sumatra and East Kalimantan.
