Enbridge suffered a defeat on its Line
3 replacement in a Minnesota court, which
declared the final environmental impact
statement inadequate. It also
went on offense in Michigan,
suing to get the state to abide
by the Line 5 replacement plan approved
by the previous governor.

not sufficiently address the possibility
of a crude spill that could flow into Lake
