Dominion Energy upsized an offering of its Series A equity units to 14 million from an initially contemplated 12.5 million units for sale at $100 each. The company said it would use net proceeds, expected to be about $1.374 billion, to pay down about $1.4 billion in commercial paper. In addition, Dominion granted a 2 million-unit greenshoe to underwriters, which could bring total net proceeds past $1.58 billion assuming full exercise.
