California Resources Corp. launched an equity distribution agreement on Nov.
16 with brokers for the sale of up to 6 million common shares from time to time through
ordinary transactions. The company will pay 2% sales commission to the brokers, which
consist of Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, HSBC, Mizuho and SG Americas.
