A Senegal-Mauritania agreement covering development of cross-border resources has opened a path to a possible YE18 FID for BP and Kosmos’ 15-Tcf Tortue-Ahmeyim Field. The deal between the two countries calls for cross-border unitization with a 50:50 initial split of resources and revenues.
