Bakken-focused Whiting Petroleum announced in its 2019 annual report published Feb. 27 that it completed the divestiture of interests in 30 non-operated, producing oil and gas wells and related undeveloped acreage in McKenzie County, North Dakota, for $25 million on Jan. 9.
