Vermilion Energy closed the €33 million ($46.2 million) acquisition of its first German producing properties from French utility Engie. Announced in June, the transaction included 2,000 boe/d (51% oil) from five oil fields and three gas fields in northwest Germany plus exploration and midstream interests.
