Peru's largest gas and NGL pipeline company saw a significant shift in its ownership structure as stakeholders announced deals in late January totaling almost US$700 million. Spanish gas supplier Enagás is buying into Transportadora de Gas del Perú by acquiring Repsol's 10% stake for $219 million and Hunt Oil's 12.38% for $272 million.
