Rosneft drilling northernmost Arctic shelf well
Rosneft began drilling the Tsentralno- Olginskaya-1 exploration well in the Khatangsky license in the Russian Arctic. The well is targeting an offshore prospect in the Laptev Sea but is being drilled from shore.
