Chinese company Greka Drilling has been chosen by India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC) to drill its Bokaro coalbed methane offshore asset. ONGC is expect to issue an LOI sometime this month after the Indian NOC finishes some internal procedures.
