Rosetta Resources is an independent oil and gas company that is engaged in the exploration, development, exploitation and acquisition of natural gas and oil properties.

During the past two years, Rosetta has undergone a significant strategy shift in order to become an unconventional resource player. Today, the Company has key positions in the Sacramento Basin of California, the San Juan Basin in New Mexico, the Pinedale Field in Wyoming, the DJ Basin in Colorado, the Lobo Field in South Texas, the Eagle Ford play in South Texas and the Bakken play in Alberta Basin of Montana. In addition to its portfolio actions, Rosetta sought to establish the organizational capability to execute a resource model, including expertise in horizontal drilling and completion techniques, resource assessment capability and production optimization.
