Resolute Energy Corporation is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of domestic oil and gas. Resolute’s primary producing asset is its properties in Aneth Field, located in the Paradox Basin of southeast Utah. Its other significant asset is a liquids-rich conventional gas field located in the Powder River Basin of northeast Wyoming. Resolute operates 100% of its production.
