Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP is a master limited partnership engaged through its subsidiaries in the interstate transportation and storage of natural gas. In addition to conventional onshore and offshore Gulf Coast supply sources, Boardwalk's pipelines access long-lived unconventional natural gas supply sources. The Company's pipelines have the flexibility to deliver to many diversified markets, including 11 interconnecting interstate pipelines that serve the Northeast and Midwest; several interconnecting interstate pipelines that serve Florida and the Southeast; and directly to local distribution companies, power plants and industrial end users within the Boardwalk footprint.

Boardwalk operates three subsidiaries:

Gulf South Pipeline is a “web-like” system that gathers gas from basins between Texas and Alabama and delivers it to on-system markets within its footprint and to off-system markets in the Northeast and Southeast through interconnections with third-party pipelines.

Texas Gas Transmission is a traditional “long-haul” pipeline that moves gas from Gulf Coast supply areas to more distant on-system markets in the Midwest and to off-system markets in the Northeast via interconnections with third-party pipelines.

Bourdwalk has also formed a third subsidiary, Gulf Crossing Pipeline Company LLC, to operate the new Gulf Crossing interstate pipeline which began operating in the first quarter of 2009. Gulf Crossing originates near Sherman, Texas and proceeds to the Perryville, Louisiana area.
