BNK is headquartered in Camarillo, California and has offices in Calgary, Canada; The Hague, The Netherlands; and Warsaw, Poland. BNK Petroleum Inc. operates internationally through various subsidiaries where it has concessions in Poland and other parts of Europe. In the United States BNK operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary BNK Petroleum (US) Inc., with properties concentrated in Oklahoma, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas and New York. The Company aggressively targets growth in production and reserves through application of new and proven technologies by an expert technical team.

BNK Petroleum, Inc. holds under lease approximately 2.7 million net acres in Europe and the United States. In Europe BNK Petroleum, Inc is targeting various shales in three distinct basins. In the United States BNK Petroleum, Inc. continues to pursue the exploration and development of shale and tight sand gas plays. In the Tishomingo gas field in Oklahoma, production comes from the Woodford shale, where it produces Oil, Natural Gas and Natural Gas Liquids. BNK also has acreage in three other areas located in the Northern and Central regions of the United States, BNK Petroleum, Inc. where it remains focused on maximizing the value of its shale and tight gas sand assets. These areas include the Black Warrior Basin of Mississippi and Alabama, targeting the Pottsville Tight Gas Sands and the Floyd Shale; the Appalachian Basin of Upstate New York, targeting the Trenton Black River Hydrothermal Dolomite as well as the Utica shale; and the Palo Duro Basin of Northern Texas, targeting the Bend Shale and the Granite Wash Sands. In Poland BNK Petroleum, Inc. is targeting the Silurian Shales.
